The Shade is a Compact Thrower that Hits like a Heavyweight, and Penetrates in ways that are Downright Disgusting.
It works very well as for Instinctive Half Spin using the Taco Grip out to 3.5m, and has been successful out to 6m in testing using the finger method to control rotational.
Danger has been able to make sticks throwing SHADE out to 7m with No-Spin
Due to its weight, Aggressive Point, and Symmetrical Handle it also works well for No-Spin in Conventional Western Style, Gunslinger, as well as the Wave Styles (SKANF, IVA, BIM, etc)

The Shade is probably my favorite underrated knife. It’s got a great punch and is an all around joy to handle.
