I am under a year doing no spin. I started with 8.5 Gil Hibbens. I like the smaller knives. This Oni hits the sweet spot for me. The length is right on and the knife has a good heft to it. I still throw the Hibbens, they feel like a toy compared to the Oni. The fuller makes no spin throwing easier, finger stays on the spine, does not slip off. I liked this knife from the beginning but I am liking it more and more as I throw it.
