We found that the topic Catch Bags or Seizing Bags (A traditional Way of Developing Hands) was even more neglected that Iron Palm Bags; So we of course we had to change that.

What did we do? we Basically Built a Smaller (8″ x 8″ / 20cm x 20cm) version of our already awesome Iron Palm Bag. It has all of the same features you get in our Iron Palm Bag:

• Double layers of 14oz Black Canvas Treated to Minimize Dust
• Reinforced Seams
• Triple Stitched w/Red Nylon Thread
• Tool-Less Closure

***These Catch Bags Can Absolutely be used as a Smaller Iron Palm Bag; In fact They Are Perfect for Travel***

(We Made Some Upgrades to the Design of the Tool-less Closure, and we found in our testing that the the bags performed fine. We left this video here just incase you find you are getting any leakage when using finer medium life sand or steel shot; but you likely wont need to do this.)
