Shipping Policy


Delta 2 Alpha Design Cannot Guarantee when your order will arrive, but we do Guarantee it will arrive.


Some of our items are made to order, or completed to order, this means that your order can take up to two weeks to ship (Usually it ships within a day or so). You will be sent an automated msg or email when it does with a tracking number. Please wait two weeks before emailing us to ask for an update on your order.  

Due to the Adventure that is International Business and Transnational Shipping Routes there can be unexpected delays (Natural Disasters, Wars, etc.) because of this we can’t be responsible for something arriving just intime.

Shipping Updates:


When you order ships, it takes about 10-14 days for you to start receiving updates from the courier.  The reason is: to keep the cost of shipping down for our clients (and us) item are shipping in the follow way:

  1. Order is Packaged, then handed off the our shipping agent.
  2. Shipping agent purchase shipping label from Major courier company (UPS, DHL, DPD, FedEx, etc), and label is applied to the package.
  3. Package is Bulk shipped to destination country where it then picked up and scanned into the system by the courier company (This is when your updates will start to become active).
  4. Courier company will now see it gets to its final destination. *** This system has worked flawlessly to date, and allows us to provide much more competitive shipping rates for our clients, If it doesn’t Arrive we will reship it at our cost***

 

Wrong  Addresses:


Delta 2 Alpha Design Inc has the reasonable expectation that you enter your shipping/Delivery/Ship-To  address correctly:

  1. If you entered you shipping address incorrectly contact us immediately, if your items haven’t shipped, we may be able to update it and solve the problem for you.
  2. If the item has already shipped, when you have the tracking number, you will need to contact the courier company via phone, email, their website, etc. to get them to try to change the delivery address for you.

  3. If that was unsuccessful, contact the residence of that address, to let them know of your mistake, and ask them if they will watch out for it, help you out.

    Because we are shipping internationally, nothing is returned to us if it can’t be delivered due to wrong addresses. Because of this we can’t be held liable for this mistake, but if you contact us, admit your mistake, and are friendly with us, we will find a way to work together on the issues.


If Delta 2 Alpha Design Inc Makes a mistake with the shipping address:


  1. We will ask that you help us help you by contacting the courier, because they won’t discuss any details or make arrangement with us once it has been shipped (they treat it as your property, not ours).
  2. If that was unsuccessful, contact the residence of that address, to let them know of your mistake, and ask them if they will watch out for it, help you out.


For your unsuccessful assistance in resolving the issue, we will reship the order at our cost.
