Warranty
Delta 2 Alpha Design Inc designs it products to perform and endure even as you push the limits. Because we stand behind our products, we have developed a warranty policy to provide you protection in the event of a defect of material, design, or construction.
How do I know if my item qualifies for warranty?
Based on two questions:
- Is it actually defective? A true manufacturing defect, whether derived from failure of material, design, or construction, will show up quickly, and can almost always be detected within the first few months of use.
- Is the item still within its expected lifetime? The lifetime of most apparel and accessories is ~ 2 years, but there is also an individual user part to this. Our policy does not cover normal wear and tear.
What does not qualify for warranty?
Through Wear: fading, tearing, piling, snagging, zipper wear, etc are all normal wear and tear. At a certain point even the most rugged, dependable pieces will reach the end of their life cycle. Warranty coverage does not extend to accidental damage, misuse, abuse and expected wear & tear.
Warranty coverage is not transferable, and applies only to the original purchaser, or gift recipient. Modifying or altering your any items will void any warranty or return consideration.
What if my item doesn't qualify?
Due to our business being international, we cannot offer repair services. We encourage you to seek out a local seamstress or repair company to take care of simple repairs involving seams, rips, and patching.
What if my item does qualify?
Replacements will be issued for the identical item, or the closest version of the item currently for sale.
Refunds will be offered when replacement isn’t an option, a refund in the form of a Store Credit
Instructions
Please initiate your warranty/repair request by contacting us via email, including photos, background info on how and what happened (even if it is your fault, be cool and we will try to work with you on it; just be honest and kind). Please include a number we can reach you via Whatsapp; this lets us follow up more effectively.
