Hakka Head Bag
$67.97
We Couldn’t Find The Right Tool for Training Short Range Striking Systems; So We Built Our Own.
If You Train any of the Southern Short-Fist Systems (Hakka: Bak Mei, Mantis, etc), Wing Chun/Ving Tsun or Clinching Arts with Elbows (Muy Thai, Siamese/Burmese Boxing), etc. You will have noted that it is very difficult to get the right type of Feedback When Working Your Short (Power) Range Striking… Until Now.
The Hakka Head Bag is the Size of a Large Gourd (like a Squash), and was built tough enough to be filled Steel Shot or Iron Sand. This creates a heavy dense bag that quickly sucks up the sudden shock of these strikes, while giving the player the feedback they Need (Crave) to know if it was a great shot or not; a crucial part of the Self-Coaching and Development Process.
For Longer Range Striking Systems Like Karate, The Hakka Head Bag will Behave like Hanging Dead-Stop Makiwara. Allowing you to test and condition you hardest shots.
With the increasing popularity of Bare-Knuckle Boxing (BKFC) and MMA, the need for modern fighters to Condition their hands to prevent being sidelined due to a hand injury is obvious.
The Hakka Head Bag (Like Our Other Bags) have been designed to not unnecessarily scrape or cut your hands when you are using them. In addition to that, the combination of the bag with Medium (Shot, Gravel, Beans, etc.) Sucks up a lot of the shock of the strike, that way when you are Conditioning at home, you aren’t shaking the dishes in the cupboards or annoying the neighbors in the apartment next to yours.

Early impression: Absolutely great.
Loaded mine with 25kg of steel shot; and there’s space for another 5-10kg if I end up with any more to load in.
Seems to be extremely well constructed, no leakage, and indicators that it won’t hold up quite well over time.
Size is perfect for what it is.
Delta2apha hit it out of the park with this.
