We found that the topic Catch Bags or Seizing Bags (A traditional Way of Developing Hands) was even more neglected that Iron Palm Bags; So we of course we had to change that.

What did we do? we Basically Built a Smaller (8″ x 8″ / 20cm x 20cm) version of our already awesome Iron Palm Bag. It has all of the same features you get in our Iron Palm Bag:

  • Double layers of 14oz Black Canvas
  • Reinforced Seams
  • Triple Stitched w/Red Nylon Thread
  • Tool-Less Closure

    As a practitioner of iron palm and diamond palm technique, this bag has replaced my original bag that has lasted for years.
    The quality stiching and a folded closure vs the metal zippers that always seem to open, stays closed from impact of striking to snatches and grabs. It handles .177 steel bbs with NO problem. Portable, easily manipulated to hang for precision strikes such as finger pokes and gouges.
