FAQ:
why would someone choose the 10mm vs. 8mm version?
The added weight, and width makes it easier to through, and more stable in flight. The 10mm is easier to learn on, carriers more energy to the target, and is more stable in flight. While the 8mm requires a lighter touch, and will be better suited for the non-beginner.

5 stars. Hart to attain. But these definitely qualify.
I ordered a set of three of these in 8mm stock. I’m no beginner, but I consider myself as only having scratched the surface of bo-shuriken throwing. I got these because I wanted to learn better practices, stances, throwing angles, and grips. Being 8mm and only 62 grams (2.1 oz), they are wonderful teachers that force you to focus on each throw. Highly recommended!!!

  2. Edward Burns (verified owner)

Six star quality and ten star customer service and support!! The main thing I have learned from Rick Lemberg and Joe Darrah, if you want to learn to throw, use high quality blades – the weight, grinds, and steel truly matter in consistent throws. The 10mm is a fantastic shuriken to learn with, but double your order and get your best friend a set also and challenge each other and learn faster. Also check out the training videos, high quality instruction and great explanations!
